Our Mission

Victims Need Light

“Amidst the shadows of exploitation, victims need light to guide them towards justice and restoration.”

Imagine the golden years of retirement, a time to enjoy the fruits of your labour, only to find your hard-earned savings plundered by a corrupt court. This nightmare scenario is the harsh reality for countless individuals who fall victim to the insidious grip of court exploitation for financial gain.

At Aided Right, we are committed to enlightening these egregious injustices and advocating for meaningful change. Our mission is to expose and challenge the abuses of power within the legal profession and support those who have been unjustly treated or abused by misused power. We aim to challenge and improve the Mental Capacity Act, which has become a tool for courts to exploit the vulnerable for ill-gained profit financially.

Our Founder's Perspective

“Witnessing the exploitation within the UK courts has fuelled my determination to bring about change. Through Aided Right, I aim to expose the deception and manipulation that victimise the vulnerable. My mission is to empower those who have been wronged, offering support and advocacy to ensure justice prevails. With your help, we can shed light on the darkest corners of our legal system and pave the way for a fairer future for all.”

“With the courts unfairly applying a restrictive label, lacking mental capacity unable to decide. This means that their unfortunate court victim is trapped, controlled by a court-appointed lawyer, to conceal their financial affairs with a looting purpose. This abuse of court power crime is tolerated, condoned, and facilitated by their industry regulators, who assist with the cover-ups and frankly refuse to investigate. Their victim funds are being openly used to pay the regulator. These funds are paid to look the other way, not to regulate that concealing lawyer. The legal profession is protected to do simply as they wish.

Most are oblivious to just how the media have their hands tired and refuse to report this horrific court behaviour; it remains closed to the public. This secret establishment gags the press. I was once wholly trusting, innocently fooled by this protected by the court criminal camouflage, but not anymore.

Considering myself a direct witness, I believe qualifying the high number of vulnerable people in the UK who suffered or suffered financial exploitation caused by the Court of Protection is desperately publicly needed.

Upon establishing an accurate figure, the law should allow the press to attend Court of Protection hearings as independent watchdogs, acting in the public interest to report on the fairness of the process by not disclosing the victim’s identity and respecting that privacy. Aided Right is to help bring about this vital change that needs to be made in the law.

The protection court aims to improve quality of life, not apply living restrictions, prevent spending, and deprive savings. It is not improving quality; these court proceedings are horrifically punishing, preventing any quality of life for their court-made victim. Currently, this exploited abuse continues in private, and the public is none the wiser until they individually fall victim to these legal vultures.”

Illuminating The Path to Justice

In times of darkness, victims of court exploitation are left feeling lost and alone. Their stories often go unheard, hidden away in the shadows of a system that has failed to protect them. At Aided Right, we believe every silent victim deserves to have their voice heard and their story brought to Light.

We are here to shine a beacon of hope, guiding them through the darkness and illuminating the path to justice. With compassion and empathy as our guiding principles, we stand by victims every step of the way, offering support, advocacy, and a glimmer of hope for a brighter tomorrow. Together, we can bring about meaningful change and ensure no victim is left in the dark.

Exposing the Harsh Reality of Court

Exploitation

Exploiting vulnerable individuals within the legal system is a pervasive and deeply troubling issue. Under the guise of protecting the interests of those deemed incapable of managing their own affairs, courts appoint guardians who often abuse their authority for personal gain. Victims find themselves deprived of their autonomy, their assets looted, and their voices muted.

The Devastating Impact on Victims

The consequences of court exploitation are devastating and far-reaching. Families are fractured, life savings destroyed, and dreams shattered. Victims are left powerless, trapped in a legal predicament with no alternative for justice. The mental and emotional toll is immeasurable as individuals struggle with the betrayal of a system meant to protect them.

In that case, you can contact us for support, guidance, and assistance in navigating your situation and seeking justice with us.

The Urgency for Change

Reforming the Mental Capacity Act

The current state of affairs is unacceptable. The Mental Capacity Act intended to safeguard the rights of vulnerable individuals, has been perverted into a mechanism for exploitation and financial abuse. Urgent action is imperative to overhaul this broken system and ensure the preservation of the rights and dignity of all individuals. SARAH’S LAW is the proposed amendment to the MCA;

The name Sarah is a pseudonym and is the beloved and cherished wife of the founder of ‘Aided Right’ – from which Sarah’s Law has been derived, with her true name and identity remaining publicly undisclosed by court order, until such time, justice has finally been achieved, allowing Sarah’s real name to be used.

Our Mission in Action

Unveiling the Dark Truths of Court Exploitation

In the UK, court exploitation is a troubling reality, where vulnerable individuals are taken advantage of in various ways–

Indistinct Proceedings

Exploitation usually happens behind closed doors in chambers and court, making it hard for the public to see and hold culprits accountable.

Betrayal of Trust

Victims of exploitation lose faith in the legal system when those supposed to help them end up betraying their trust over and over again without any remorse.

Systemic Failure

Problems in oversight and ethics within the legal profession allow injustice to continue, damaging the country's representation concerning the integrity of UK law and people's confidence in it.

Predatory Practices

UK courts are now hotspots for exploitation, tangling, undermining and discrediting vulnerable individuals and their partners who may struggle with handling their affairs or not.

Financial Predation

Guardians appointed by the courts misuse their authority, taking advantage of those they are meant to protect for their career advancement and ill-gained profit.

Advocating for Justice

At Aided Right, we advocate for victims’ rights and push for systemic reform. We work tirelessly through awareness campaigns, legislative advocacy, and encouraging individuals to bring about change. We refuse to tolerate current affairs and will not rest until justice is served for the innocent and vulnerable.
