  13. Severability

  15. Force Majeure  

AidedRight shall not be liable for the failure to perform any of its obligations in this Agreement if such failure is caused by any force majeure event such as war, epidemic, insurrection, terrorist activities, government sanction, embargo, labour dispute, strike, or any interruption or any failure of electricity or server, system, computer, internet or telephone service.
